With the current situation regarding the COVID-19 global pandemic, we are aiming to keep “business as normal” for as long as possible and for as long as we are able to obtain materials and supplies.  We also want to provide our services as safely as possible.

We are continually monitoring the situation and will make changes as necessary and in response to government advice.  This policy is subject to change at any point, so we recommend checking the most recent document which is readily available on our website.

Our terms and conditions are available to view on our website which take into account delays and cancellations caused by matters arising outside of our control. We have already experienced delays due to the pandemic and we do expect further delays to occur that are outside of our control.

We will respect the wishes of our customers and in particular those in at-risk groups.

We have made changes to the way that we operate in order to work safely.


We kindly request that any persons present while we are working please maintain social distance and practice good hygiene to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

We ask that should the customer or a person at the work site become unwell with COVID symptoms while we are not on site that you inform us before we arrive so that we can prevent exposure of our staff.  Should any person become unwell while we are present please inform us immediately.

Should a customer or other person present at the work location become unwell with COVID symptoms we will cease work until a negative test can be provided or we can safely continue.

Should any member of our staff become unwell with COVID type symptoms, the staff member will cease work immediately and seek a COVID test before recommencing work.  If a positive test is confirmed the staff member will cease work until able to return under government guidance in force at the time.

Upon ceasing work due to coronavirus or suspicion of coronavirus, we will automatically invoice the customer up to the point where work stopped.

We do not require our customers to wear a face covering,

Test, Track and Trace: We already record the dates and times that we are at a workplace through our normal working practices.  This data will be shared if required for Test, Track and Trace purposes.

Using these precautions we aim to provide our services as safely as possible.  Please help us to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 while still being able to provide our services.
